Refund Policy

At Zentro Solutions, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our goal is to deliver high-quality creative and marketing services that meet your expectations.This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. General Policy
All our services — including graphic design, creative content, and marketing packages — are customized and delivered based on client requirements.Since these are digital services that require time, resources, and creative effort, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has been started or delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following specific situations:
- If the project has not yet been initiated within 7 days of payment and no work or communication has started.
- If there is a failure to deliver the promised service due to technical or internal reasons on our side.
- If a duplicate payment has been made accidentally.

3. No Refund Policy Applies When:
- The client has already received any part of the service or design files.
- Work has been started or completed based on client’s instructions.
- The client is not satisfied due to a change in personal preference, strategy, or taste.
- Delays are caused by incomplete inputs, approvals, or feedback from the client’s end.
- The client fails to provide required details within the given timeframe.

4. Subscription-Based Services (e.g., Daily Posters)
For ongoing or monthly packages such as daily poster or design services, refunds will only be processed if:

- The client has not received the promised number of deliveries,
- or if our team fails to deliver content as per schedule without prior notice.

In such cases, we may issue a partial refund or offer service extension credit as compensation, based on mutual discussion.

5. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of payment by emailing support@zentrosolutions.com with the following details:

- Full name
- Date of payment
- Service purchased
- Reason for refund request

Once reviewed, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
